EIGHT FORMER SHRINE BOWL PLAYERS VOTED TO 2022 PRO BOWL ROSTER

The NFL revealed its complete Pro Bowl rosters Wednesday night, confirming that the league’s top players will be in Las Vegas in February.

The following former East-West Shrine Bowl players were named to the NFL’s annual all-star game roster.

• DE Trey Hendrickson, Cincinnati Bengals

• QBTom Brady, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

• OLB Shaquil Barrett, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

• OLB Matt Judon, New England Patriots

• P Bryan Anger, Dallas Cowboys*

• P A.J. Cole, Las Vegas Raiders*

• PK Matt Gay, Los Angeles Rams*

• LB Nick Bellore, Seattle

Nick Belmore was named to the NFC Pro Bowl roster as a “alternate.” If a player on the current roster is injured, makes it to the Super Bowl, opts out, or is unable to play for any other reason, he would step in.

The 2022 Pro Bowl is scheduled to be played at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on Sunday Feb. 6. The NFL, roster selections are determined by the votes of fans, players and coaches. 

As part of NFL Pro Bowl week the East-West Shrine Bowl will be televised nationally on NFL Network.
